People who live with an animal, and people who work with them.
171 catalogue features are for people who have an animal at home. The rest are for those who care for animals or supply them for a living. There are only two professional workspaces though, the veterinary practice and the shop, and below you can read who has one and who does not.
Veterinarians
A practice with consulting rooms, calendar, medical records, laboratory reports, hospital stays and invoicing. Staff sign in with their own role and see only the data of that practice.
Shops and services
Storefront, catalogue, orders, deliveries, product subscriptions and appointment services such as grooming and boarding. Loyalty points are the same ones the customer collects at the practice.
Breeders
There is no breeder role and no breeding workspace. You work with an ordinary account and one profile per animal: no staff, no separate permissions, no workspace log. The dedicated page lists in full what is missing.
Shelters and rescues
There is no dedicated role here either, and no register of arrivals and departures. Places are handled with the boarding module, which lives inside the shop workspace and needs an active licence. The dedicated page says so before you try.
Schools, daycares and boarding
Training schools, day care, dog hotels and boarding: time-slot schedule, overnight spots, stay records and photo updates for owners.

Email address and password. There is no sign in with external providers and no anonymous access: the security page states this along with everything else that is missing.

The opening flow asks whether you are registering your own animals, working in a practice or running a shop, and sets the platform up accordingly.
