Food shopping list
Expected consumption, days of stock, run-out date and reorder date, computed from the ration and the pack size.
For shops and services
One workspace for the counter and for the diary: products, orders and deliveries on one side, grooming and boarding on the other, with the same customer record and the same animal the owner already keeps up to date in their own application.
Selling pet products means thin margins and customers who buy out of habit. The risk is not losing a sale, it is failing to notice that a regular customer has stopped coming back. Service businesses have the mirror image of that problem: the diary fills up verbally, health requirements for boarding are checked in a notebook, prices change and end up written in three different places.
The features below address exactly those two things. The retail side holds catalogue, orders, deliveries and subscriptions, and estimates when a customer should reorder based on what they bought and how many animals they have. The services side holds the grooming diary and the boarding diary, with kennel availability counted night by night and health requirements verified before admission.
The cards are generated from the catalogue by filtering the entries relevant to retail and services. As with the clinical area, almost everything lives in the web application: back office work is done on a large screen, and the iOS app does not cover this side today.

These counts are generated from the feature catalogue: they only include entries that are already live on at least one platform and already described in the language you are reading. No line of this list is written by hand, so when a feature changes status the page changes with it, and anything still under construction does not appear at all.
Expected consumption, days of stock, run-out date and reorder date, computed from the ration and the pack size.
Browser notifications through Firebase Cloud Messaging, with token registration and revocation from the device and a clear message when the browser does not support them.
Four separate switches for messages, appointments, orders and marketing, with marketing off until you turn it on.
Direct messages between owners, clinics and stores, with an unread counter and the last message updated by the server.
Search across your pets by name, breed and species, with keyboard navigation and direct access to the profile.
Products with price, stock, ingredients and allergens, plus targeting by species, life stage and weight range, later used by the product recommendations.
Orders with line items, quantities, total and status, where only the delivered ones count as a sale in the store statistics.
Delivery charges as a flat amount or free above a threshold, set once and applied to every order in the store.
Recurring reorder every seven, fourteen, thirty or ninety days, with the next run date, pause and resume, and a link to the last order created.
Three tiers by lifetime points, five thousand for the second and twenty thousand for the third, with a multiplier up to double and redemption in blocks of a thousand points.
Coupons generated from the birthday at twenty per cent, the adoption anniversary at fifteen and an upcoming reorder at ten, each valid for thirty days.
Deterministic score on species, life stage, weight range, absence of allergens and availability, with a separate list of products to avoid given the known allergies.
Store opening screen with recent orders split by status, the automatic reorders coming due and the delivery configuration.
Appointments with stations, duration taken from the price list and a search for genuinely free slots: a cancellation frees the tub at once.
Cut, blade and products used in every session, with the skin reactions observed and the next appointment recommended to the client.
Price by service, size, coat and actual duration, with surcharges and a minimum declared by the shop.
Stays by kennel with availability counted night by night: if a single night is full, the whole period does not fit.
Cover checked at admission against citable sources: it says what is missing, what has expired and what expires during the stay.
Estimated run out date built from purchases actually recorded, with its uncertainty range and the observed repurchase cadence.
Catalogue formats compared on the price per kilogram actually eaten, not the one printed on the shelf.
Codes with a validity window, a minimum spend and usage limits, checked at redemption with every unmet condition spelled out.
Groups by species served, frequency and value, with thresholds drawn from the shop's own distribution instead of fixed numbers.
Customers who bought the recalled batch found from the orders, stating when the affected group is wider than it needs to be.
A review is allowed only after a delivered order or a completed service, with the check enforced by the database rules as well.
An indexable page with the shop name, address, opening hours, services and featured products, rendered on the server and published only when the shop switches it on.
The public index of published storefronts, to find the nearest shop and see what it offers before walking in.
Italian, English, French, Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese, Estonian, Russian and Arabic, with right to left layout for Arabic and the language in the page address.
Five interface layouts, simple, advanced, compact, focused and cards, changing density and footprint without removing any function.
Light, dark or automatic theme following the system setting, saved on the device and on the account so you find it again in every browser.
High contrast following WCAG 2.2, reduced motion and three text sizes, with a note that the system settings take precedence.
App manifest with icons and standalone launch, so the site installs on the home screen and opens like an application.
A service worker that tries the network first, then the cached copy and finally a fallback page, letting the calls to Firebase through untouched.
Append only log of who did what and when, visible in full to the administrator and limited to their own clinic for a veterinarian.
Deletion that removes pets, logs, contacts, shares and budget before removing the account itself, after a fresh sign in.
The shop workspace also goes through a human check before it becomes operational. The moment you handle orders, bookings and customer records you become the data controller for that data, and the relationship with Animiyo is governed by the data processing agreement.
Registration is the ordinary platform one. At first the account has no commercial role and sees no restricted section.
From the shop area you enter the business name. The workspace is created in trial status and you are recorded as its owner, but you do not receive any operational permission yet.
A platform administrator reviews the request and allocates the licence, with plan, number of seats and an optional expiry date. From then on the account receives the shop role and the link to the workspace.
You load products with price and stock, set the delivery slots, define the service price list and publish the storefront, which is the public page of the shop and is also reachable from the business directory.
The gaps to know about before you rest a business on this. They are real, not stylistic reservations.
The platform does not replace the till and does not issue fiscal documents. Counter sales stay in the point of sale system you already use: what Animiyo holds is the order, the subscription and the customer history.
Prices and stock are updated inside the platform. There is no automatic link to distributor price lists or warehouses, and no periodic import of an external catalogue.
Between registering the shop and working in it there is a manual licence allocation. You cannot open a working commercial workspace on your own in a few minutes.
Catalogue, orders, diaries and price lists are managed from the web application. The iOS app today covers the pet owner side, not the shop side.
The pages below hold the numbers, the full feature list, the security measures actually applied and the contractual texts. There is no commercial version and technical version: this is the same material a data protection officer can ask to read before signing.
Load part of the catalogue, set the price list for a single service and watch one week of real bookings: that is more informative than any feature list. Plans and conditions are on the pricing page.
