For clinics and practices

Animiyo for veterinarians

A separate workspace for the practice, with pet owners connected to the same record: what you write during the consultation is already readable by the person taking the animal home, with no printouts handed over and no requests for copies the next day.

The time lost in a practice is rarely in the consultation itself. It goes into looking for a report from six months ago, copying the same weight onto three different supports, phoning the client who missed a booster, reconstructing which active substance was already given and at what dose. This is work with no clinical value that nobody bills for, and it takes hours every week.

Animiyo keeps the two halves of that work together. On one side the practice workspace, with diary, reception queue, records, tests, treatment plans and invoicing. On the other the application the owner already uses for their own animals. When both sides share the same animal, the report, the plan and the discharge letter land where they are needed without manual steps, and the clinical history stays single instead of splitting in two.

What is already here today

The cards below are generated from the feature catalogue by filtering the entries relevant to clinical work. Each card states where it actually runs: almost the entire clinical area lives in the web application, because that is where you work with a keyboard, and it has no counterpart in the iOS app yet.

These counts are generated from the feature catalogue: they only include entries that are already live on at least one platform and already described in the language you are reading. No line of this list is written by hand, so when a feature changes status the page changes with it, and anything still under construction does not appear at all.

How you get started

Opening a clinical workspace is not automatic: it goes through a human check. That is deliberate, because health data about animals and personal data about their owners enter that space, and whoever opens it becomes the data controller.

  1. 1

Create the account and sign in

Registration is the ordinary platform one. At first the account has no professional role and sees no restricted section: it is an account like any other.

  2. 2

    Register the practice

From the veterinary area you enter the clinic name. The practice is created in trial status and you are recorded as its owner. Nothing else happens: creation on its own grants no permission and does not elevate your role.

  3. 3

    Wait for activation

A platform administrator reviews the request and allocates the licence, with plan, number of seats and an optional expiry date. Only at that point does the account receive the veterinary role and the link to the practice.

  4. 4

    Enter the workspace

At the next sign-in the role is active and diary, reception, records, laboratory, consents, plans and invoicing open up. From there you add colleagues and start working on real cases.

What is not here yet

The gaps that genuinely matter before you replace a practice management system in daily use. None of these entries is here out of rhetorical caution: they are things you cannot do with Animiyo today.

  • No iOS app for the clinical area

All practice management lives in the web application. It works in a phone browser and can be installed as an application, but there is no native iOS app dedicated to ward work.

  • No link to analysers or imaging systems

Laboratory results are entered by hand or attached as a document. There is no direct connection to bench analysers, external laboratories or image archiving systems.

  • Activation is not immediate

Between registering the practice and working in it there is a manual licence allocation by the platform. This is not a self-service path: you cannot open a working clinical workspace on your own in a minute.

  • Invoicing is not connected to tax systems

Estimates and invoices are drafted and exported, but the platform does not transmit documents to national electronic invoicing systems and does not replace the practice accounting software.

Before you move an entire clinic

The most honest way to evaluate Animiyo is to open the workspace, load a few real days and see how much of the daily work fits inside. The plans, what each one includes and the activation conditions are on the pricing page.
